An Exploratory Study regarding the Contents Local Government Employees Sense about Co-production with Citizens.

This study searched consciousness of local government employees about co-production with citizens. The 11 local government employees who work in a traditional local community were interviewed. They pointed out daily activities in the community as co-production. Those activities were planned and practiced by administrative leadership. In this community, “a common problem” to collaborate was not clear. The interviewees expected it for citizens to have stature and ability to argue with administration equally as agents of co-production. Also, they recognized citizens expected only improvement in familiar living environment for administration. Finally, it was discussed how to promote co-production in this community.
