The present paper described paradoxes in the organizations reviewing evidence from a industrial or social psychology studies published since 2000 year. There are paradoxes concerning (1) organizational goals, (2) individual autonomy, (3) full team/organizational activity. It was proposed three points, such as goal-setting and evaluation on safety, and multiple-team collaboration including users, and crisis management, as conditions required to resolving tease paradox.
