キャリア発達課題との取り組みが職務活力感へ及ぼす影響について

The purpose of this study was to clarify the relationship between career development and the vitality in the vocational life among the workers of age 30’s. A multistage path model was constructed a priori, based on literatures. The dependent variable was the vitality in the vocational life. As the exogenous variables, were included five variables such as the reality testing of own aspiration, exploration of own possibility, and awareness of family role which were career developmental tasks of the adults, satisfaction in working condition and the openness as a personality trait. The intermediate variables were vocational self-concept, adaptability toward environmental change, and integration of career image which were hypothesized as the components of the perspectives on career design .208 of male workers(age of 30’s) in Tokyo Metropolitan were subjects of this research.
The findings were as follows: (1)The significant direct positive effects on the vitality were found from the reality testing of own aspiration and the personality of openness. These variables were also indirect effects through integration of career image. (2)The exploration of own possibility, the another developmental task, was found the weak but direct negative effect on vitality. (3) Satisfaction in working condition was not direct effect but indirect through integration of career image.
